Although close to the Tyneside conurbation, Ponteland's many well-maintained gardens, river, beautiful Park and surrounding quiet countryside provide a range of habitats which are home to a wide variety of plants and animals

NEXT TALK: The next session of the 2024-25 programme is on Tuesday 7th January 2025 when Max Adams will be giving a talk entitled Trees of Life in the Wood Age. Max is an archaeologist, woodsman, and the acclaimed author of books covering a variety of topics including woodlands and Medieval history.
The full programme for our 2024-25 season of talks is on our Talks page . As usual we'll be meeting in St. Mary's Parish Centre and refreshments will be available. Entry fee £2 (£3 from January 2025).
